Gerard Construction was started in 2002 by Bryan native, Michael Gerard Patranella (A&M '77). With over 24 years of banking experience, Michael offers the unique ability to understand both sides of the home building/home buying equation. Gerard Construction was founded on providing a quality product with excellent customer service. Specializing in quality custom homes, design/build, remodels, and commercial construction. "We not only build structures, we build relationships." When we contract to build a custom home, we have daily interaction with our clients. We truly believe our best source of business is our satisfied clientele.
Michael Patranella
President
A Bryan native, Michael, is married to Joanne R. Patranella. Michael and Joanne are members of the St. Anthony's Catholic Church. Michael is active in the community and volunteer organizations. He is fully involved in every Gerard Construction Project! Michael and Joanne have two grown children, Lucy Patranella and Joe R. Patranella.
Kelly Adams
Vice President
Kelly moved to Bryan in 1998 to attend Texas A&M University. He fell in love with the Brazos Valley and never left post-graduation. Kelly met his wife, Dr. Rae Adams while attending Texas A&M. She is currently the Program Director for the Texas A&M Family Medicine Residency. They wed in 2003 and have two adopted children, Mackenzie (8) and J.T. (5). The Adams Family is active at FBC Bryan. In addition, Kelly is active coaching youth sports.
Greg Kemp
Project Superintendent
Greg is married to Brenda Kemp they have two grown children - Cody Kemp and Rachel Megan Bracken, both Aggie graduates. Greg has over 25 years of experience building homes all over the Austin area. Greg and Brenda fell in love with the Brazos Valley while their children attended Texas A&M and decided to make it their home two years ago.
Jennifer Greeley
Interior Designer
Jennifer was raised in Bryan and attended Sam Houston State University where she received her degree in Interior Design. She has 16+ years design experience focused on space planning, furniture, finish and material selections along with project management. She has been married to her husband Shane for almost 25 years and have two daughters. Jennifer and her family are members of St. Thomas Aquinas Catholic Church. In her spare time Jennifer is an avid crafter.
