We regularly build spec homes as opportunities to provide quality homes for families who may not be interested in the full custom home-building process. After purchasing a spec home, you will have the same Gerard care that you would have if you built from the foundation up.

We want these homes to stand out, but for quality and looks. If you don’t see a floor plan that works for your family, let us know. A custom build may work better for you.
